Cancellation & Refund

We want you to love what you receive from SoulCraft And Lore. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

Returns

Eligibility:

We accept returns only if the item is damaged, defective, or significantly different from its description.

 

Time Frame:

You must contact us within 1 day of delivery to initiate a return.

 

Condition:

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

 

Return Shipping:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

    •    We’ll notify you via email whether your refund has been approved.

    •    If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 

Please note:

    •    Shipping charges are non-refundable.

    •    Refunds may take a few additional days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:

    •    Custom or made-to-order items

    •    Items marked as final sale

    •    Used or damaged items not caused by shipping

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that’s damaged or incorrect:

    •    Contact us within 12 hours of delivery

    •    Include clear photos and a video of the product and packaging

 

We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly, either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
