Shipping & Delivery

At SoulCraft And Lore, we understand how important it is for your order to arrive quickly and safely. Here’s everything you need to know about how we handle shipping:

Order Processing

Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment is confirmed. If you place an order on a weekend or public holiday, processing will begin the following business day.

 

Order Confirmation:

Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your order details and a tracking link to monitor your shipment.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

Within India:

We offer standard shipping throughout India. Orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days after they ship.

 

International Shipping:

We do ship internationally to select countries. Delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on the destination.

Note: Customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if any) are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your package on the carrier’s tracking portal.

Shipping Limitations

    •    We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes, military addresses, or restricted zones.

    •    International orders may be subject to local customs restrictions or regulations beyond our control.

    •    In rare cases, packages may be delayed due to customs inspections, strikes, or other regional factors.

Delivery Issues

Wrong Address:

Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

 

Marked as Delivered, But Not Received:

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. SoulCraft And Lore cannot be held liable for lost or stolen items marked as delivered.

 

Unexpected Delays:

Occasionally, carrier delays, weather, or unforeseen events may impact delivery. If a major delay occurs, we’ll do our best to keep you informed.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please:

    •    Contact us within 12 hours of delivery

    •    Include clear photos of both the product and the packaging

 

We’ll assess the situation and offer either a replacement or a full refund, based on the damage.
